About Flywednesday Pest Control and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate
Who We Are
Flywednesday Pest Control is a referral service. We help homeowners in Seattle, WA and the Seattle area find independent pest control and wildlife providers. That is all we do. We keep it simple on purpose.
Why This Site Exists
A pest problem is stressful. You may find droppings, hear noises in the wall, or see ants in the kitchen. Then you search online and get a wall of ads. It is hard to know what to ask or what a fair next step looks like.
This site slows that down. Know your options first. Then talk to a provider.
How Matching Works
You tell us what you see and where you live. You can send a request form or Request a callback to check provider availability. We then connect you with a provider in our network who serves your area and handles that kind of problem.
The provider then contacts you. They may ask questions, look at your home, and give you an estimate. Providers pick their own schedules, so timing varies.
What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers in our network to follow a few basic rules:
- Hold any license or registration the law requires where they work.
- Give you a clear written estimate.
- Explain the treatment plan in plain words.
- Tell you about any risks, such as products used near pets or children.
- Treat your home with respect.
Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees of Flywednesday Pest Control. Each one is responsible for its own work, pricing, and paperwork.
What We Do Not Do
We do not do the work. We do not visit your home. We do not set prices. We do not promise a result or a date.
We also do not replace your judgment. You can compare estimates, ask questions, and say no. That choice is always yours.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners do not pay Flywednesday Pest Control to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. You pay the provider for the work you agree to, and nothing more.
This is how many referral services work. We tell you so you know.
Ask Before Hiring
Before you say yes to any provider, ask a few things:
- Are you licensed in this state for this kind of work?
- What will you treat, and how?
- What does the written estimate include?
- Is there a follow-up visit?
- What should I do before and after?
A good provider answers in plain words. Be careful if someone pushes you to sign right away, will not put the price in writing, or cannot say what product they plan to use.
